Is there a website that has a list of all the california music festivals?
If not, if you know of some I’d like to know about them. Preferably rock, alternative, or indi stuff. Or if there are some cool concerts going on this summer you would like to suggest. I want to have a good time this coming break so I’m planning ahead!
Well, I don’t know of a single website that lists them all (yet) but I’m going to be putting one together soon, and it will be part of the weHow.com website. Since you prefer Rock, Alt, Indie… then the must-see festival for you is COACHELLA, which will be held in Indio, CA on April 27, 28, 29, 2007. Others include STREET SCENE in San Diego (July/Aug) and the High Sierra Festival, and then there are countless smaller ones, such as the Sunset Junction Festival in Hollywood or Hootenanny in Irvine, CA. And while the Vegoose Festival isn’t technically in CA, It’s just over the border in Las Vegas (Halloween weekend).
