I was lucky enough to view an advanced copy of the new Futurama straight to DVD movie. In three words "It is fantastic." The reason I loved it so much maybe, like other die hard Futurama fans I have been watching reruns religiously since August 10, 2003 when the series was stopped.

The new movie features the same cast of voices and same talented writers as before. I believe one of the changes in budget was going to be the opening theme, it was changed from live orchestra to digital, which makes sense.

I highly recommend getting this DVD if you are a fan. This is the first of four movies that are planned.
