Where can I find charts of techno/remix/clubsongs that are big currently. I love techno.?
I don’t know where to go to find out what techno/dance songs are popular in different areas. I lived in China and loved the club music there. I live in canada and am also interested in what the USA is listening to in the CLUBS!
There are a number of sites: Notably beatport.com, audiojelly.com, and trackitdown.net. Juno.co.uk also has it’s charts. Other sites for information include tranceaddict.com which has forums that will allow you to see what the scene is like in different nations. Keep in mind that when it comes to EDM, the US is an anomaly in that it doesn’t have the same appreciation of EDM has the rest of the world. You would be hard pressed to find good clubs like Stereo (my former partner in Montreal goes there quite a bit and often tells me that nothing in the US compares to it) in the US.
